It has been a genuinely positive collaboration overall. We have seen strong reciprocal business, with VP delivering several enterprise contract implementations on behalf of M-Files. This is what a true partnership should look like – strong margin opportunities on resale and high-quality service delivery.

The total addressable market for document management solutions in the UK remains strong, and the M-Files partner program provides some of the best tools, content, and support to drive business development and successful bids. We rarely need to rely on M-Files for pre-sales support, but when we do, the team are always responsive and present. From a technical perspective, the support and enablement provided have been outstanding.

As a result, we have built a robust £1 million-plus ARR book of business with M-Files, supported by consistent growth and excellent net revenue retention

We cover all industries, but what truly sets us apart is our unique go-to-market approach. By partnering with some of the UK’s largest IT resellers, we’re able to deliver M-Files solutions at scale through trusted and established partner networks. While our headquarters is in London, our reach extends across the UK into EMEA and increasingly into APAC.

What are the key benefits you provide for customers?

We’re specialists in workflow and automation across a number of technologies that complement M-Files including integration platforms, intelligent document processing, AI integration and RPA. This means our customers benefit from a holistic advisory and delivery capability that extends the power of M-Files as part of a complete solution for transformation projects. We’ve countless project deliveries where we’ve combined M-Files with multiple other technologies to deliver outcomes.
Our advisory and business analysis functions are standout, we help customers with strategic planning, enterprise architecture and designs.
We’re a Channel Enabler, meaning we work through enterprise customers' preferred value-added-resellers (VARs). This makes procurement of M-Files and our services much simpler and faster for customers, especially government and public sector.

What do you like most about M-Files?
There are not many solutions available that effectively support content in motion in a way that is easy to adopt and work with. By content in motion, we mean working documents rather than archived material. M-Files stands out in this regard more than any other platform we have evaluated. Its deeper partnership with Microsoft on co-authoring and related features continues to strengthen its position.

We are also impressed by the development roadmap for AI with M-Files Aino. The approach is well considered, with impressive precision in building a context-driven RAG solution. We work across many AI integration use cases with other technologies, and few are as well executed as Aino within M-Files.

At the core of this is the metadata-driven architecture, which shifts the entire paradigm of information management. Rather than worrying about where something is stored, users can focus on what the document is, making search, compliance, and collaboration far more seamless.

The recent Microsoft announcements represent a major opportunity for us, opening the door for M-Files to reach a much broader/wider customer base. With so many customers utilizing SharePoint as their repository-of-choice, the partnership makes M-Files a very interesting topic of discussion. With its enhancements to SharePoint, deeper Co-Pilot integration, and expanded governance features in Purview, it’s a particularly exciting moment for the M-Files ecosystem.

Importantly, these developments provide huge enhancements to the M-Files offering. By combining Microsoft’s strengths in productivity, automation, and compliance with M-Files’ metadata-driven approach, organizations can achieve smarter workflows, richer insights, and far greater control across their entire information landscape.

How valuable do you think automation and AI are for knowledge workers in the current information management landscape?
This is enormously valuable. Most large and enterprise customers have now taken the time to understand the potential of RAG and AI, yet many remain understandably cautious about how to apply these capabilities safely, responsibly and at scale. M-Files, particularly with Aino, represents a genuine breakthrough in closing that gap. It gives organizations a practical route to move from theoretical exploration to real-world, production-grade adoption with confidence. Its metadata-driven architecture already brings clarity and precision to information management and the deepening alignment with Microsoft amplifies this even further.

With advancements across M365, Copilot, SharePoint and Purview, M-Files can integrate more naturally into the tools that knowledge workers rely on every day. This results in smarter suggestions, deeper understanding and stronger governance, all delivered directly in the flow of work.

Why did you choose to become a Solution Partner?
TEAM IM has operated for nearly 25 years in the content management space. As the market became more accessible and less about the giant players, we knew that identifying and partnering with solutions which disrupted the status quo would be critical. When we discovered M-Files almost a decade ago and saw how the solution approached the challenges of content management, we immediately understood the value a strong relationship would bring to our customers – and we couldn’t be happier with the continued results.

What solutions do you have in the M-Files Solution Partner program and why did you choose to build them?
We’re very proud to have developed several M-Files solutions which expand the platform and our customers’ capabilities. Our first, and most popular, is AutoRecords for M-Files. AutoRecords brings audit, compliance, and records management to customers who need the ability to apply strict controls, but with a modern, automated approach that is easy to achieve.

We also have ABBYY Vantage for M-Files, an incredibly powerful and flexible solution which incorporates AI-assisted Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) into M-Files. With this, documents flow smoothly between services for automated recognition, classification, and extraction, and data ends up back in M-Files where it can action workflows and supercharge search.

Our third Solution is Inspection Management. This is an app that can be deployed on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and enables the back office to deploy customized field surveys (inspections) to collect data of every kind – from simple checkboxes to pictures and video to geolocation to IoT device data – even in areas with no signal at all. The solution is seamlessly integrated with M-Files to securely transfer and store collected data, power workflows, and even establish records.

What value do your solutions bring to customers and how do you differentiate yourselves in the market?
We address audit and compliance with AutoRecords for M-Files, intelligent document processing (IDP) with our ABBYY Vantage for M-Files integration, and onsite field inspections across a dozen verticals with Inspection Management, our mobile tool which is integrated with M-Files.

Our solutions expand M-Files capabilities into specific business needs, allowing our customers to leverage their M-Files investment for even greater ROI. “Do more with what you’re paying for,” is a common slogan we use!

Do you target any specific industry or region?
We don’t target any specific industries with our services, support, and solutions, but we’ve had great success with public sector, construction, finance, and accounting – typically in North America. However, we have customers in the Asia Pacific region and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as well.

What excites you most about the Solution Partner Program?
What excites us most is the spirit of real partnership that the program fosters. It’s truly a collaborative ecosystem that provides valuable access to resources, training, and support, empowering us to stay at the cutting edge of information management. This environment ensures we can deliver incredible value and innovative solutions to all M-Files customers.

And by design, M-Files makes it difficult for a user to make a mistake that is unrecoverable, giving a sense of security to users and less stress for the IT department. Add on to this AI and you have the best product on the market.

AI helps users surface the right information at the right time—especially in complex industries like oil & gas, where data is fragmented and context is everything. Why did you choose to become an M-Files Partner?
Back in 2009, Indixio (then called Geomap GIS America) had been selling and implementing GIS (Geographic Information System) solutions for 9 years. We were looking for an EDM solution that we could integrate with our GIS solutions to provide better document management functionality. Our sister company, Geomap Luxembourg, was already selling M-Files. They had in fact participated in the first translation of M-Files to French. They demoed the solution to us, and we were very impressed by the powerful metadata driven approach of M-Files, so we decided to become one of the very first M-Files partners in North America and distribute the product.

We have now been successfully implementing M-Files for over 15 years and are proud to help our customers become more efficient through knowledge work automation with M-Files.

Because of our GIS background and Intelligent Information Management expertise, we work with different industries in the public sector (local government, provincial / state government agencies, health and education) and the private sector (transportation and utilities, engineering and construction, natural resources and energy, real estate and facilities management). Most of our customers are based out of Canada, the United States and the Caribbean with some extending to Europe.

The flexibility and ease of use that comes from the meta-data driven architecture of M-Files. In addition, the Gen AI capabilities of M-Files make it an extremally powerful tool that can integrate with all enterprise systems and not only centralize all the information but provide for a great day to day automation and information management platform. It has increased our productivity so much that we couldn’t live without it to be honest.
